Conveyor Service Technician
Conveyor Service Technicians are the backbone of the material handling industry. Their primary duties include installation, maintenance, and repair of conveyor belts and components at customer sites scattered around Canada and the US. As a Conveyor Technician, you must keep our customers’ operations running smoothly. By becoming a Conveyor Technician, you’ll have the opportunity to gain unique skills that are constantly in demand.
Millwright
Millwrights are highly skilled and know the ins and outs of mechanical equipment. They play a crucial role when it comes to being proactive with our customers. This important role performs duties such as preventative maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment in-shop and at our customer sites. We’re seeking a highly motivated, hardworking, and skilled Journeyman Millwrights to join our Mechanical Services Team.
Welder
Welders play a big role in our customized products and services by fabricating steel conveyors and other material handling equipment. They also perform repairs on structural steel and aluminum components and regular maintenance repairs on material handling equipment. This role is essential at Viacore to complete installations in a timely manner, meet customer expectations, and inspect equipment for proper performance or discover any faults or malfunctions.
Supervisor
The Supervisor uses excellent management, communication, coordination, problem-solving, teamwork, and technical skills to make sure the Conveyor Service Technicians, millwrights, and welders are maximizing their productivity and time management. The supervisor coordinates and tracks the daily activities of their workers. They also assist in increasing the quality of the product and service to reach and go beyond customer expectations by communicating performance expectations with their team.
